To improve funnel progression and user understanding of Mint’s phone plans, while minimizing disruptions caused by the introduction of broadband labels.

In this project for CRO Metrics and Mint Mobile, we set out to simplify the hierarchy of the Plans page. By adding a plan comparison section we were able reduce users cognitive load, implement new regulatory requirements, and increase clicks through to the Plan Description pages by 15%, increasing overall conversions by 4.5%.
