I'm chemically addicted to having a good time. Committed to the mirror selfie aesthetic. A slave to The Little Treat.
I geek out on all things culture: music, cinema, modern art, cuisine, travel... the list goes on. Working with artists, musicians—really creatives in general—has been my mission since high school.
Now, I design brands and websites for creatives, community builders, and lifestyle entrepreneurs.

The Little Treat.
I began my career in entertainment and performing arts marketing, where I had my first web design projects. I was surrounded by talent and inspiration but in a corporate environment that stifled my creativity and growth. I was neglecting myself in more ways than one. So I quit.
I wanted to do web design full time. Fast forward one year and I'd finished a user experience design bootcamp, landed my first clients, and taken a transformative trip to Amsterdam.
On that trip, it became clear that I needed to take another, bigger leap of faith and invest in myself as an independent designer. So that I could do what I find most fulfilling—blend my creativity, aesthetic discipline, and business acumen together and in turn help the talented people around me make a living from their passions.
That’s how Raedio Design came to be.
And now, I've moved my life and my business to the Netherlands and spend my time reading in parks, enjoying Fika in cafes, and building websites and brands that work harder for you than your #1 hype girl.
You've made it this far, so I know you're looking for something fresh and, dare I say, juicy. Are you ready?

"Rae's work as our UX designer for "I Have This Friend" was outstanding. Her designs were not only visually appealing but also incredibly user-friendly, especially given the many complicated operational processes we had. Rae's ability to translate complex concepts into a simple and intuitive interface, while keeping the diverse needs of our many stakeholders in mind, was truly remarkable. What truly set her apart was her talent for seamlessly integrating our brand identity into the interface. This ensured that our platform not only functioned well but also looked and felt uniquely "us." Rae's proactive approach, combined with her meticulous eye for detail and effective communication, made our collaboration feel effortless."

"I was impressed by the smoothness of Rae's ability to dive in, get up to speed, and collaborate on a solid prototype design which she took through successful usability testing — all within 3 weeks! Her communication skills are excellent; as the Director of User Experience, I trusted Rae right out of the gate to do the work to make the project a success."
"Rae was a wonderful collaborator throughout the process of building a new website for La Jolla Music Society. She was an excellent communicator, and was skillfully able to translate the company's desires across all departments into a plan for a website that prioritized user experience. In addition to being a very organized and reliable project manager, Rae had a sharp eye for design and also spearheaded much of the website's content creation."
"Rae managed UX, design, and content, making the purchase process MUCH easier for our customers. Her contributions to this project (and many others) were critical, and I'm very proud of what we accomplished together!"
